If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call Customer Service at 510-325-0397 or e-mail us at info@simpletea.com within 30 days of delivery of your order, we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money (we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.) Returns are processed upon receiving the complete product back to us. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
